Tequila Town

Tequila Town is a Wild West strategy game of outlaws, shootouts, bluffing, and betrayal. Build your gang by recruiting powerful Outlaws, visit locations around town to gain an edge, then stare down your rivals in simultaneous Shootouts where you never know who has you in their sights.

What is Tequila Town?

Tequila Town is a 3–5 player Wild West strategy game where you lead a legendary outlaw, recruit a gang, and battle your rivals to become the most feared name in town.

The game blends card drafting, gang building, secret bidding, worker placement, simultaneous-reveal battles, dice rolling, bluffing, resource management, and push-your-luck survival into a fast-moving fight for control of Tequila Town.

Over six rounds, you'll recruit Outlaws, strategically visit Town locations, enter Shootouts, survive the Last Chance Saloon, and fight for an ever-growing Bounty. Earn Victory Points by collecting loot, capturing rival Outlaws, wounding Gang Leaders, managing your shots, and claiming end-game bonuses.

When the final shot is fired, the player with the most Victory Points wins and becomes the Legend of Tequila Town.

How It Works

Every game of Tequila Town unfolds over six action-packed rounds, with each round following six phases:

Recruit→Visit Town→Shootout→Survive the Doors→Collect the Bounty→Clean Up

RecruitSecretly bid to recruit powerful Outlaws and build your gang.

Visit TownUse worker placement to visit Town locations for valuable advantages.

ShootoutChoose your fighter, secretly pick your target, reveal simultaneously, and roll the Deadeye Die to see who lands a shot.

Survive the DoorsIf you're hit, choose a door from the player who shot you — some hide a Full Shot that lets you survive, while others could spell trouble.

Collect the BountyMake it through the Shootout and earn your chance at the growing Bounty.

Clean UpReset the round and prepare for the next showdown.

After six rounds, add up your loot, captured Outlaws, wounds, shots, bonuses, and other Victory Points. Most Victory Points wins. Welcome to Tequila Town!
